A Florida state-certified Class A General Contractor since 1970, Sunny was honored by earning one of the nation's first Certified Graduate Remodeler designations. He has been certified as a Professional Member, American Institute of Building Design, is a state licensed Interior Designer, NAHB/AARP Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist, and Florida Real Estate Broker. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College, the NAHB Builders Institute; graduate studies at Emory University and numerous seminars and professional coursework. He serves on the Board and executive committee of Bentley Lumber Company, and is recognized in Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in Finance and Industry. A career builder for forty years, he is very active in civic and community affairs.
