Bob is a state-certified Building Contractor and holds the designation of CGB (Certified Graduate Builder) awarded by the National Association of Home Builders. A graduate of Stetson University, Bob constantly enhances his technical expertise and knowledge of code requirements and safety through continuing education, and conducts weekly in house training for ZA personnel. He is known and admired for his ability to maintain the respect and motivation of customers, agency inspectors, project professionals, and field crews while expediting and maximizing job progress, performance, and efficiency. He is past president of Paint Your Heart Out Lakeland, and of the Remodelers Council of Polk County.
