Zimmermann Associates, Inc. is fortunate to have Linda Douberly at the forefront of our design program. She's been a creative and technical director of construction projects for nineteen years, and is expert with the most advanced design and graphic software. This helps us communicate, visualize, and adapt the concepts and details needed by customers and craftspeople alike. Her ZA role includes creation of kitchens, bathrooms, special-purpose additions, period detailing, cabinetry, finishing techniques, lighting, and master planning for homes, office, and our institutional/hospitality projects. Linda is a State Certified Residential Builder and active member of the National Association of Home Builders, Polk County Builders Association, and the Remodelers Council.
