He has been certified as a Professional Member, American Institute of Building Design, is a state licensed Interior Designer and Real Estate Broker. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College, the NAHB Builders Institute; graduate studies at Emory University and numerous seminars and professional coursework. He serves on the Board of Directors of FloridaFirst Bank and Bentley Lumber Company, and is recognized in Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in Finance and Industry. A career builder for over thirty years, he is very active in civic and community affairs.

Bob is a state-certified Building Contractor and holds the designation of CGB (Certified Graduate Builder) awarded by the National Association of Home Builders. A graduate of Stetson University, Bob constantly enhances his technical expertise and knowledge of code requirements and safety through continuing education, and conducts weekly in house training for ZA personnel. He is known and admired for his ability to maintain the respect and motivation of customers, agency inspectors, project professionals, and field crews while expediting and maximizing job progress, performance, and efficiency. He is past president of Paint Your Heart Out Lakeland, and of the Remodelors™ Council of Polk County.

Patricia Schlatter - Business Manager

Pat is the customer and resource relations dynamo, accountant, energized core and main support of our operations. A graduate of Sullivan College of Business, Pat is an enthusiastic people-person, a relentless researcher - problem solver. She excels in tracking job costs, scheduling, purchasing control, insurance, personnel, and financial management. She's our expert in computer applications, and program development/networking.

Linda B. Douberly - Designer

Zimmermann Associates, Inc. is truly fortunate to have Linda Douberly at the forefront of our design program. She's been a creative and technical director of construction projects for thirteen years, and is expert with the most advanced design and graphic software. This helps us communicate, visualize, and adapt the concepts and details needed by customers and craftspeople alike. Linda has a unique flair for building design and space planning and stays current with the many exciting products and methods in the trade marketplace. Her ZA role includes creation of kitchens, bathrooms, special-purpose additions, period detailing, cabinetry, finishing techniques, lighting, and master planning for homes, office, and our institutional/hospitality projects. Linda is a State Certified Residential Builder and active member of the National Association of Home Builders, Polk County Builders Association, and the Remodelors™ Council.

We are especially proud of our architectural and interior design experts, and the team of craftsmen we've assembled through the years, representing the best available skills and talent. They love their work and continually build on their knowledge, judgement and personal discipline.

Zimmermann Associates, Inc. field team is led by career master carpenters, each of whom knowledgeably direct the day-to-day, hands-on elements of a project. Scott Zimmermann represents this tradition well as senior superintendent. Our acknowledged master-builder carpenters have developed a following of customers that routinely request them for subsequent projects.
